School-based Educational Psychology Services

1. Students

• Conducting assessments and consultations for students who are suspected of having special educational needs, encompassing conditions such as dyslexia, intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder.
• Providing regular reviews for students undergoing training, and continuously measuring communication performance during training to review training effectiveness
• Arranging targeted individual, group, or class-wide educational services based on the resources of the school and student needs.

2. Teachers

• Providing training to assist in early identification and support of students with special educational needs.
• Holding case conferences with teachers to deepen mutual understanding of students, and to share support strategies and techniques.
• Providing professional advice for teachers to enhance teaching effectiveness, such as curriculum adaptation, assessment adjustment, and student behavioural strategies.

3. Parents

• Face-to-face or phone consultation with parents
• Offering lectures or workshops for parents, sharing characteristics of students with special educational needs, their impact on daily life, and methods for supporting their children.

4. Schools

• Assisting schools in formulating school-based strategies to support students with special educational needs, catering to the diverse educational needs.
• Assisting schools in developing effective mechanisms, including perfecting databases for students with special educational needs and early identification and referral mechanisms.

Offer emergency psychological support to schools and provide individual psychological therapy as needed.

We provide a variety of training lectures and workshops for students, parents, or teachers according to the requirements and needs of schools. All training activities are provided by educational psychologists or clinical psychologists.
