Tutorial and Training Programme for SEN students , are continuously recruiting SEN Tutors.
Job duties of SEN Tutors: to conduct after-school tutorial groups in local primary schools or online; or one-to-one tutorial classes with SEN students
The teacher has to fulfil the following criteria:
- Must be able to independently design courses for SEN students
- It is necessary to record the students' learning performance and situation after the activity
- Mentors with individual and group experience in teaching SEN students are preferred
- Previously/currently studying SEN special education or PDGE tutor is preferred
- People who are keen to join the education field
Requirements：Registered education teacher; knowledge of special education courses and experience in supervising teachers is preferred
Salary and Benefits： $120 per hour; provide on-the-job professional training, observe classes according to needs (by professional supervision team), etc., provide tutor support training from time to time
Working location： schools and household in different districts, welcome tutors/teachers from different districts to join us
Working hours： part-time and freelance, flexible working hours, including weekends
Our Centre will provide：
- Free training：the centre provides a series of free training courses for all participating tutors
- Close Supervision：You will be closely supervised by an Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, and Counselling Psychologists, and receive guidance on how to accommodate the needs of students; Periodical online case conferences will be conducted to share effective strategies and methods
- Certificate：You will receive a certificate upon completion of the whole training module
- Reference Letters can be given to tutors who show excellent service and learning
*Tutors should at least serve one semester
