Gemini is a registered educational psychologist in Hong Kong and a registered psychologist in Australia. She has extensive professional experience in conducting psychological assessments, implementing interventions, and delivering ongoing support to clients at various child and adolescent rehabilitation clinics, medical centers, and schools. Her responsibilities have included managing individuals with emotional or behavioral difficulties, intellectual disabilities, autism, specific learning disabilities, attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder, speech delays, depression, social anxiety disorder, giftedness, and other psychological conditions.

Gemini has demonstrated proficiency in employing various strategies, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other cognitive and behaviour approaches, to develop personalized treatment plans for children with autism, speech delays, learning disabilities, and cognitive impairments. The primary goal of these programs was to foster a diverse range of appropriate behaviors, skills, and knowledge in the children.

During her professional journey, Gemini previously served as a fieldwork supervisor for students in Educational Psychology at Hong Kong University and worked as a part-time lecturer in Early Childhood Education at Hong Kong Baptist University. She was invited to be a guest lecturer at both Hong Kong University SPACE and Hong Kong Institute of Education and served as an Honorary Consultant at the Hong Kong Institute of Education (Child Assessment Center). Additionally, Gemini held the position of former Treasurer and executive member of the Hong Kong Association for Infant Mental Health. Throughout her career, Gemini actively engaged in public education initiatives by conducting workshops for teachers and parents, as well as providing staff training for both non-governmental organizations and private companies.

Currently, she works as a private psychologist consultant at Bayside Counselling and Consultation in Australia, where she offers support, interventions, consultation, and counseling for clients with a range of needs, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression or developmental challenges. She also holds the position of an editor consultant and columnist for the “Supra-Parents" and “OURS mama & baby” magazines under Eugene Group Limited in Hong Kong. Moreover, Gemini recently also participated in "The Good Shepherd" project, a collaborative effort between the Department of Special Education and Counselling at The Education University of Hong Kong and the Edge Development Centre. Through this project, she offers consultation and training services to tutors who work with children facing various learning difficulties and different needs, such as autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
