Educational Psychologist

Ms. Ho is an experienced Educational Psychologist in providing comprehensive psychological services to students with diverse special educational needs. With over 10 years of professional experience in primary and secondary schools, she has substantial experience in supporting students with Specific Learning Difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, and Emotional/Behavioral Difficulties. She also actively contributes to the preschool settings in providing assessments for the children, enabling early identification and intervention for developmental delays.

Furthermore, Ms. Ho consistently provides training to teachers, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and effective strategies to support students with special educational needs. She also serves as a part-time lecturer at the Education University of Hong Kong, where she imparts her expertise in supporting students with mental health needs to the teachers. As a Triple P® Accredited Group Facilitator, she empowers parents by teaching them positive parenting skills to address their children's emotional and behavioral challenges, thereby reducing parental stress.

Ms. Ho is also committed to offering consultation services to parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. By facilitating positive social relationships and enhancing social communication skills, she strives to improve the overall well-being of both the children and their families.

Additionally, Ms. Ho has contributed to the field through her column in Kung Kao Po. She possesses valuable experience in managing school crises and offering clinical supervision to the educational psychologist trainees.
