Parent summary or full psychological report 5. Referral Letter to Psychiatry or/and Special Examination Arrangement Application for HKDSE Candidates with Special Needs Annex 8B (if required) 6. Free consultation with psychiatrists in cooperation with our organization* |

*ASD and ADHD need to be diagnosed by a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist clinic that cooperates with our organization is located in Tsim Sha Tsui. Please contact us for details. This assessment does not include the cost of medicine and follow-up consultation.
